"Da proprietario di un ristorante direi tutto ottimo carne ottima e cucinata con la cottura che abbiamo cercato, carbonara anche ottima con un guanciale di alta qualità e che dire non pensavo mai che a Taurianova ci fosse un ristorantino di questa qualità con prezzi abbastanza abbordabili ....consigliatissimo ci ritorneremo"

"Cena di compleanno con la famiglia. Tagliolini al Nero di Seppia eccezionali. Seppia tenerissima e gusto autentico, senza salsine nere artificiali. Spaghetti alle Vongole Veraci, la foto parla da sola. Sono anni che cerco in tutti i ristoranti di pesce uno spaghetto alle vongole fatto come si deve, eccolo finalmente Spaghetti alla Carbonara, i bambini lo hanno divorato e non ho fatto in tempo ad assaggiarlo Tagliata fantastica, carne tenerissima, ottima la cottura, spazzolata anche quella. I Calamari fritti, buonissimi, sono un capriccio fuori menù richiesto allo Chef e gentilmente concesso, ma non lo diciamo a nessuno . Tiramisù fatto in casa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ E una Meringata che personalmente adoro e ho mangiata tutta con soddisfazione senza fare ste c…. di foto. Insomma, locale con cucina autentica italiana, sapori veri e genuini come una volta. Ricette regionali, non solo calabre. La prossima volta vado di cacio e pepe. Il Rosmarino si distingue per l'ottima qualità della materia prima, che si percepisce in ogni piatto: sapori autentici, ingredienti freschissimi e grande cura nella preparazione. Il menù è ricco ma ben equilibrato, con proposte che valorizzano la tradizione senza rinunciare a un tocco di creatività. Un plauso speciale al tiramisù, semplicemente perfetto: cremoso, equilibrato e dal gusto intenso che conquista al primo assaggio. Servizio cordiale e attento, atmosfera accogliente. Musica eccellente, raramente ho trovato musica bella e al giusto volume in un ristorante. Torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo ai nostri amici."
